In regards to property management, we work to provide real estate owners with first rate management that keeps your investment in top condition. We take care of advertising your property, screening prospective tenants, handling the tenant paperwork, collecting rents, taking care of maintenance issues, handling evictions if necessary, and providing owners with monthly statements. Our owners have condos, townhomes, single family homes, multi family units and commercial properties.

Delia has extensive knowledge of property management as she has worked at numerous apartment complexes over the last 10 years. She is a valuable asset to the Citadel Realty team. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Jeremy

Jeremy came to Citadel Realty after graduating from UCCS with a Bachelor of Innovation degree. He is a retired Marine and moved back to Colorado Springs to join Citadel Realty in 2021.

Bookkeeper
Angie has been working in bookkeeping and property management for 23+ years. She has knowledge in residential, multi family and commercial units. Outside of working she enjoys hiking and exploring nature with her family.
