Owner/Broker, Property Manager
Melanie has been a real estate broker since 2003. During this time she has worked with buyers, sellers, tenants and owners. She also handles bank foreclosures and short sales. She can assist you with selling your home or investment property. She has done numerous flips over the years and has construction and investment knowledge, including 1031 exchanges. She is the owner of Citadel Realty and also the property manager of over 100 properties for the company. She has a BS degree in Business Management and has owned several real estate related companies over the years.

Property Manager
Karina’s job at Citadel Realty is to manage over 100 properties. She has been active in real estate for over 5 years. She has extensive experience as a real estate assistant, property manager, and is a licensed Colorado realtor. She is happily married and is busy raising a child. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and reading.

Bookkeeper
Lynn has over 20 years experience in bookkeeping and property management. She has handled commercial properties, HOA’s and multi family homes. Her extensive knowledge of business and accounting make her a valuable part of Citadel Realty.
