Meet The Team
Patrick and Lisa Mieritz, Owner/Broker
We have been in real estate since 1979. For 25 years Patrick was a Certified Commercial-Investment Member (CCIM). Lisa has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine. We are Colorado Springs investors and bring this experience to our owners. We work with all owners in the buying and selling process, with banks as court receiver, as 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanger, some development, property rehabilitation as well as all management functions.
SALES AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Melanie Weseman, Broker and Head Property Manager
Melanie has been a Real Estate Broker for over 10 years. During this time she has worked with buyers, sellers, tenants and owners. She also handles bank foreclosures and short sales. She is the buyer's agent at Citadel Realty and can also assist you with selling your home or investment property. Melanie has done numerous flips over the years and has construction and investment knowledge, including 1031 exchanges. She manages over 100 residential properties for the company. Melanie has a BS in Business Management and has owned several real estate companies over the years.
Petra Jenkins, Property Manager
Petra moved to the US from Germany in 1992. She has over 10 years experience with various real estate companies. Petra manages over 100 residential properties and enjoys being a property manager and bringing an exceptional level of service to the growing number of property management clients and tenants at Citadel Realty. She holds an AAS Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate management and customer service.
Sorina Williams, Administrative Assistant
Sorina joined Citadel Realty in 2012. She handles all front desk responsibilities, answers phones and is an assistant to the property managers.
ACCOUNTING
Pamela Rezin, CFO
Pam has a Business Management degree from Pepperdine University and 30 years in the banking industry. Before joining Citadel Realty in 2010, she was the Financial Vice President of a $2 billion dollar credit union in Los Angeles, CA.
Keri Vinyard, Bookkeeping
Keri has a BS in Business Administration and over 20 years of bookkeeping experience. She is the bookkeeping assistant and handles accounts payable and accounts receivable.
