Applications can be mailed in or dropped off in person with verified funds. For the application to be processed it must be turned in with the application fee($30.00 per applicant 18 years or older that will live at the residence) as well as a $50.00 hold deposit. The hold deposit will be credited towards your security deposit if you are approved or returned to you if denied.
